Well i could have gone and chated up those girls at the shop i just been to or invited some women back to watch Wrestlemania 19 or gone out clubbing?
Nope instead i've got to silence critics as to why i'm a fan of Galactica And other simple posters like Gastrof (jackass) who doubt me well. not because of you, but because i wanted to here is the article which i decided to show thus keep good people like JJarack and Michael Faries in good spirits and proving KJ2 can be reliable source of infomation for those fans who don't get as much information from magazines in their native countries.

"Galactica defiant" Olmos in line to star in "imperfect" Battlestar Galactica revival
Miami vice and Blade Runner actor Edward James Olmos is poised to star as Commander adama in the sci-fi channel's Battlestar Galactica reboot.
olmos is reported to be in final negotiations for the four-hour space adventure mini series, taking on the late Lorne Greene's role in the original 1970's show as the leader of a rag-tag fleet of space-ships fleeing evil Cylons in search of Earth. The role of Willaim 'Husker' adama in the revival had previously been linked to Robocop's Ronnie Cox.
ER and Independence Day actress Mary McDonnell seems certain to play Laura Roslin, who becomes president of the Twelve Colonies of kobol following the Cylon's assault, while also battling breast cancer.
Roswell's Ron Moore has written the script for the mini series, which will star British Band of Brother's actor Jamie Bamber as Lee 'Apollo' Adama, estranged from his Commander father after his brother's death. Halloween: Resurrection's Katee Sackhoff plays Kara Thrace.
Ambiguous Choices
Moore has deliverd a defence of his reimagined Battlestar Galactica following criticism from fans, arguing that audiences were once "Satisfied with clear-cut heroes and nakedly evil villains. But we're older now. we've eaten a lot of popcorn over the years. We're ready for a bigger meal" The executive producer heralds a "more complicated" story and "flawed characters" who face ambigous chioces in a imperfect world. Dare us to root for heroes with all-too-human weaknesses. see if we'll still embrace them if they fall prey to their imperfections"
Moore concludes his manifesto for a realistic, relevant science fiction series by telling fans, "If you agree with us , then this show is for you. if not, then thanks for coming, but the popcorn is in a different aisle."
Battlestar Galactica is directed by Queen of the Damned's Michael Rymer and excutive produced by David Eick, filming in Vancouver from 1 April to 6 June.
The series' 25th anniversary will be celebrated at the newly announced GalacticaCon 2003, to be held in LA from 24-26 October
