Someone at Scifi bbd. was trying to get a group of people together that were interested in boots like the original BSG Warrior boots. They actually might be on their own forum rather than thread on the regular BSG forum.
I don't costume, but I love to save $$ so just passing this on for those who might be interested. (the guy's/gal's handle is emailable off of the scifi bbd., btw.)

We are trying to get a group together to order these boots in a group order for a discounted price. Original price is $329, discounted price will be $250 if we can get 10 or more orders. These are custom fit, but look like authentic props. Cutoff for this deal is March 31, 2003. Here is the site:
