21 days to the mini starts filming.

Only two of the lead actors OFFICIALLY announced.

Enigma Studios of Canada doing the FX, the first time they've handled a project this 'big'.

A budget of around 14 million Canadian for four hours of TV (with adverts).

Not to mention:

The complete failure of the scriptwriter to understand the concept of Battlestar Galactica.

The removal of one of the men responsible for the second biggest franchise at Fox.

Oh and Starbuck's a girl!

Oh yes, it's going to be an interesting month!

I have to tell you people that if Frank Zappa was still alive, he would be writing a song about this and all those sex scenes would fit right in.

OWD Didn't you do the Fan Force Anthem set to the tune of "We're Not Gonna Take It"? You should send that into Bob Rivers at KZOK 102.5FM in Seattle. He uses song parodies referred to as "Twisted Tunes" on his show. That would make a great one.

Davis: $20B for the whole kaboodle of Uni. Entertainment (implied tax advantages to V-U for this, Davis is withdrawing offer after this week if no V-U action taken)
Diller's Coalition and the Blackstone group (the latter most likely to buy whatever Diller's group doesn't want) divides up the spoils with Diller taking TV and Film and Uni. Interactive divisions.
Viacom & others if V-U votes to break it up: the competition begins
V-U BOD it's their call, who wins

Methinks Mr. Fourtou & Mr. Diller shall have an interesting day tomorrow.
