Like the Colonials who fought against the Cylons for about thousand yahrens, we (the fans of Battlestar Galactica) fought for a revival of our beloved show for many years now.

Like the Colonials we faced the ups and downs of such a longlasting war. One of the big downs for the Colonials has been the destruction of the Fifth Fleet at the Battle of Molocay. One of our big downs has been the stop of preproduction work of Tom DeSantos continuation project.

Like the Colonials we lost many warriors throughout the years - like Skychicken (just to mention one).

Like many Colonials who were tired of the longlasting war, many of us are tired of emailing, snailmailing, petitioning etc. without seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Like many of the Colonials, who wanted to believe the Cylons when they asked for peace, many of us want to believe that there will be a continuation including original cast members when we accept a prequel being made first.

Will we be fooled by TPTB (Universal, SciFi and Studios USA) and Ronald D.Moore like the Colonials have been fooled by Baltar and the Cylons???

Time will tell...

Wow!!! We REALLY do live and go through Battlestar Galactica!!!

Just a Thought...

Did something happen?

I've been trying to e-mail Skychicken for about 2 months?

Clarification:

Skychicken is ONLY missing in action!!!

I bet he's doing fine, but he was so frustrated that he walked away from the revival efforts. Stated that he has a life out there.

Sorry, for the ambiguous wording. That wasn't my intention.

Your thought that this revival-effort is like an ongoing BG-episode is quite accurate.
sort of like a gigantic arcade-game.

Well it is now 4:38 and the "poll" is closed, or so they say. S2K3 has been banned for unjust causes. Thought for a moment that Stallion Cornell was banned. Anyways, am happy to be back at Fleets.

There's a petition to bring back S2K3 and plutonium1 back on that board:

You are right, x-rogue, there are time-zones.
