Public holiday today, we'll be lucky to hit 32 F today.
About 8" of snow on the ground... many would probably like to escape to the beach. LOL

(FYI, I'm just above the 40th parallel, North.)

LOL! I hope your weather isn't going to get as cold as ours is getting hot (we need an averging system..)

33degc C today (hottest place in the state was 48degC.. even a bit hot for us..)

Heatwave on the way.. 39 degC tomorrow, 42 degC Friday.. NOT good weather for harvesting and packing spuds.

I did and it is mostly gone except for a cough that acts up every time I go out into the cold!

2013 started out on a good note, mom's radiation worked and it was looking optimistic. optimism however turned to pessimism as one of the cancer drugs tarceva, aggravated her lung that was radiated and caused her final demise.
