I think Steve Wilson would have loved these. They are positively amazing:

I saw this today and I believe that emote is doing the same thing I did when I saw it.
This is one of the coolest, if not the coolest, Lego models I've ever seen!

Like it. I find it amazing that you can really get to the spirit of a design with a blocky medium such as Lego.

^^^ Agreed. I guess if you big it build enough (6 - 7 feet), the blocks are small enough relative to the overall size to do the design serious justice.

whoever built those has the patience of a saint... and a big bank account, lol, thats easily many thousands of parts per model...

Niiiiiiiice! :) I agree, the larger the build you can make it, the blocks seem less like building blocks, and more like superstructure and armor plating. :) I think the Classic Galactica would be done a serious justice with such a build.

Those were amazing. So the Cygnus gets decommissioned (blowed up) and the Berzerk is the new Battlestar for that group. Cool. Looks based on the reimagined Battlestar.
Defender and Rubicon are both interesting designs. Were those on the show or original ideas?
Viper Mark 7 and the basestars look great.
Now if they can just do a classic series Viper. That would rule!!

I think Steve Wilson would have loved these.
Since at least one of those ships appears to be his design, I don't doubt it.
