I was aware that for both Batman and Superman, that actors from a previous version would often appear in the next version. The articles I read always referred to these cameos as "a homage" but I think it is more than that. The actors kept reappearing and taking different roles, almost as if the actors were in a repertory company.

I think the actors re-appear because by being one of those two heroes, it basically typecasts them, so they have little to no work, and appearing in the next incarnation is a way for them to make some cash.

My recent faves were Superman: Doomsday, Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths, & Superman/ Batman : Apocalypse.

The first Reeve movie will always be my favourite superhero movie of any kind, though. Even though Iron Man ROCKS!:P:

I found another Batman-related movie that is mentioned in the Oct. 1, 2023, New York Times. It was filmed in Mexico in 1968 and is called The Batwoman.
