there is something I would like feed back on ...
while the room appears empty to those in attendance .... I not sure of this part....
but in the Novels the IL could see tactical info some how..could for the purpose of these projects show what the IL can see. some data around his head ... once he looks down to those visiting him or it. it vanishes ?
do we include where appropriate info from the novels so long as it does not conflict to much with the screen info.
feed back on this idea please . :)

In the fan-edit of one of the eps, maybe LPOG, there was info projected on the wall of the chamber, it was very cool.
Also I seem to remember seeing a small terminal to the IL's left side somewhere (it didnt make it to the show) it may have been in some concept drawings or something like that.
The wall projection was cool though, it was curved and reminded me of the giant display on the RMQ concept bridge drawings.

I think I know the one you mean .......it does not have to be decided now
plenty of time to decide.

When reading the novel I always had seen in my minds eye the IMP's twinkly head gear ( Afro) projecting some sort of HUD that for the most part only it could see.
While boring for the viewer of a visual media the idea was a great imagination motivator for a reader.

I always loved the IL's chamber though. It is such a contrast to whats on the galactica, it a very evil sort of room that draws 100% attention to whomever sits in the chair. The design was pure genius in its simplicity and effectiveness.

yes that's what I remember, while it was not seen in the show (visually difficult at the time), but additional information for the manual and perhaps something we can show in the film later,,, a hint ..
I will only give it some thought if there is support from the majority of the fan base :)

Yup going into that chamber was like going into the Principles office back in the old corporal punishment days.....You knew the end was near. Literally. Yardstick out and let the whackin begin. Barbaric yet so effective at getting ones attention :)

I have placed a character in there to help with scale .... he is set for 6ft ...
He (Crewman) will be used in all the models I build to keep things on the same scale frame

I think the helmet/headpiece is significant. It's probably the final filter for the information got from the 'Cylon network'
Whether the leader physically sees the information or if it is visuallised within his 'head' is speculation.

In reality, Dick Durock, before he played the Imperious Leader, was the main stunt Cylon who took the pyro hits was 6ft 5 1/2 ins.

Then add 6-8 inches for the Cylon helmet, and you're around the 7 ft mark.

I'd say, yeah, about five or six inches.
