Star Map Desktop image/screensaver

I was wondering if desktop images are available in a design such as the RED TOS background that one can switch to,here on the fleets?( By the way ,I love it).
What was that chart they used to consult their travel path with? A star chart/map??

Is there a site that has such a desk top design for downloading? :star: :Nsalute:

I did this using a picture from the Hubble site and a picture made by Westy ..... a member here .... Its a quick one :) no real effort .. I may try may and do a few of these soon ....

Yes. I am an amateur astronomer, and I use it to model and map out what I want to study in the sky.

Again I use the much used word Cool :) I have down loaded the program myself and once my PC has finished working on my Celestra picture .. I have a look see ...... thanks for pointing it out .. the site and the program has a few interesting features .... well worth looking into .

Have spent a very interesting few hours looking at that program Damocles. Very good and handy tool .. even if your not an amateur astronomer :) .. Hell even the wife liked it ..
