BSG TNS Colonial Blackbird

I know it has been mentioned before, but has anyone tried creating a CG mesh of the "Blackbird" from the the re-envisioned BSG?

yes by animaniac in Cinema 4D .. but its not for general Release.

I may take a crack at the blackbird in Blender. I'm not a good modeller, but I should be able to manage a low poly version. Why, I'm not sure...since what I really need are Stealth Stars....
