No, this was right at the begining. TOS Cylon is holding a paper in one hand. Time is 6-30 second mark.

Hey, Indycar sounds are the soothing sounds of summer.
You've not been near the track when they are running, have you? Two words: Ear protection. :D If you are closer than 1/2 mile away. We were in Speedway one of the time trials/practice days in May last year, my hubby didn't know what that sound was. I had a good chuckle as I explained it to him. I think we were a mile away from IMS.

That recording is extra tinny on the high pitches of the whine. Fingernails on a chalkboard compared to being close to the track.
