Buffy & Angel Returning?

I was poking around elsewhere and came across a report which stated that both former WB shows might be returning but as direct to DVD continuations. I don't have the actual link to the full story, though. I'll believe it when I see those discs at my local Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer, or Suncoast stores.

It's not exactly correct.

The secondary characters would return in the movies.

The first one that's being mooted is a Spike movie, either for direct to DVD or the new Warner/UPN network.

Maybe the planned Giles spin-off from a few years ago will actually see the light of day in one form or another.
