Peter Deluise, who directs many Stargate episodes, tries to put himself in the background of each of his episodes. It's the same thing that Alfred Hitchcock use to do for himself in his films. Sometimes, he's an SG-1 guard in the background or he could be passing by the camera. It's kind of cool...I guess.
