DeSanto Canopy Shape?????

Am I Right about this????
While looking through the Gallery files, I ran across a pic and something in it that I had'nt noticed before. There appears to be a (canopy frame) sitting on the viper in the background. Until now it has only been speculation as to what it's shape would definately be. Another mystery discovered I really do believe. I'd seen the pics of the model build up and alot of the full size mock-ups under construction, but never noticed this in a pic. No one else seems to have caught it yet either. Let me hear opinions on this, I think I can finally close the book on this part of the puzzle. :salute: :colonial:

Looks like the scale model also has that curve.
