BSG Fan Film or series

I know alot of people here have donated their time to GWOM and The Second Coming. I was just curious if there was any talk of doing a fan film, or turning CFF into a vehicle to financially support such an effort? The fan inspired trek projects are pretty interesting and seem to make the concept viable. There's definitely enough art talent here.

Just curious what it would take since it doesn't seem to get discussed at all. Since there are people here that have actually worked doing CGI for Sci-Fi shows is it just the time and effort required?

To be quite honest that's exactly it. Not to beat a dead horse but this is a key ingredient in changing fleets.

I've spent so much time in the last 2 years putting out fires i've not done enough to help Fleets gain it's goal as an art site.

To answer your question, yes there is more than one fan film project in the works.

I too am overjoyed to hear that there is fanfilms (and more than one !) in the works. I can think of Ensign Annie by Chrydbis(can never remember the spelling!) but to hear there are also others is great news.

Anyone who has had the chance of seeing Richard Hatch's Second Coming trailer knows that a Continuation looks stunning. Anyone who has seen the work of BSG fan's CGI skills knows they are stunning. Personally I am looking forwards to a fanfilm that the best fans with the best property.
