I'm looking for a spare ticket to buy for the Serenity screening this Thursday in Vancouver. I've read the FAQ, and cannot find any info on starting a new thread.
If anyone has a ticket they'd be willing to sell me, please r(asap)svp to:

Thanx ahead,

When I went to the screening last month, Nathan Fillion was only 4 rows in front of me when he was talking to the fans. He is such a great guy!
Trust me, you're gonna love this movie - I get a second chance to see it tomorrow night as well.
I'm not bragging, but I so rarely have such good things come my way.....!

Well, you're just gonna have to wait until the weekend. Tonight's gonna be a late night seeing the movie (I won't get to bed until 1am). Friday night, I'm going with a couple of friends to see Nicole Kidman in Bewitched.
Saturday, I will have plenty of time!

Very cool!
I also like the Mark IX Hawk from Space:1999 at the bottom of the 3DG forum page.
I'd join, but I don't have the capability or any knowledge of CGI stuff - other than from an appreciation status.
Really shiny!

Bryan, members there don't have to know anything about how to create the art. Just an appreciation OF art is all that is needed (but not requied).
Half my Mods there don't know anything about CGI art creation either... they're writers!

It's funny that you should mention this right at this particular moment. I was just cruising the 3DG site. It's very cool with lots of nice artwork, I might just join anyway so I can get the full benefits of the site.
Mods eh? Do you get the same kind of drama that we do here? Keep a position open for me just in case this place disappears in a flash of lightning one day...(kidding - but only half).
Very nice site!

At one time, long ago in the beginnings of 3DG, there were some problems. Mostly because of WHY 3DG was created. I shant get into that here.
But 3DG has always ben a stable, easy going laid back kinda place, which is why I think many of the pros liked coming there back in the day.
I turned it over to General Phoenix at teh same time CF launched out on it's own domain, seperating from 3DG. Subspace (now the home of all the Starship Exeter material) also launched on its own away from 3DG at this time.
3DG *was* quite huge- 3DG itself, CF, Subspace (then known as Subspace Relay) and Agora (which ALSO launched on its own at teh time of CF and Subspace doing that) all made up one super-site at 3DG. With the branch-offs, 3DG came back down to earth.
