Sent out my second volley today. If I get any responses I'll be sure to post them if they're interestng and not just some standard form letter. Hope you all are doing the same.
Just remember the letters will have the most effectiveness as snail mail. The second most effective would be to fax your letter. The third is the e-mail route, but those who are overseas will have to use this to supplement the other letters.

Want to make a difference a real difference? WE can all make a pledge not to buy one piece of merchandie affiliated with Moore's new mini such as toys(Galactica action figures of "Don't hurt yourself Olmos, Kara"I couldn't fill Dirk's shoes if I tried," Dr Love Baltar and so on), DVDs(I will not pay one cent to purchase the mini on DVD), and finally I will not WATCH period(This also means taping the thingy and viewing it at a latter date which is a waste of video tape IMHO).

You know even if we can't get this thing stopped, these letters will still have a good effect.
Think about it, the advertisers are warned not to advertise during this mini.
The mini gets poor ratings.
The advertisers now see the validity of the warnings not to adverstise.
The advertisers rethink their position on advertising on Sci Fi.
They pull out.
Sci Fi channel is sold to new company.
The new company sees advertisers pulling out due to the actions of the Hammer/Eick/Moore Hydra.
The new company seesk to replace hammer.
A real Sci Fi Channel is born.
