We have a thread here called There are those that believe...it is a continuing story that we each add to in the first person. We have had some really great lines there. Read it from the beginning to get an idea of how it is then join in and add to it. It is alot of fun and we never know where the story will go.....

Well, Tuesday night, I spent 12 hours at a movie theater watching the triolgy of LOTR and was it great! Our town was one of 100 in the country to be chosen to view the trilogy. We got free pizza and free refills of soft drinks and popcorn all night long. We each got a frame with three film cells in it from each of the movies..... There were 267 people there and the tickets were sold out in 18 minutes. I got home at 1:45am and had to get up at 5am to go to work.....

Well, give me the plate of Taurian tacos, then.

We'll just hope my stomach's back in shape after the flu bout last weekend.

Of course, I'm still drinking blue Kool-Aid... I don't think the tacos will make much of a difference!

(BTW, BlueSquad2001, nobody really knows what's in the blue Kool-Aid.)

Welcome to the Cafe, LordPenguin and BlueSquad2001! Hi again Em and Dawg and Starbuck. Hope you're feeling better Em, we will be thinking of you for sure. I was hit by a car once when I was 16, got me to read Narnia, so that was the good of it.

Cheers all

Radioactive cobalt ain't really that bad; Matter of fact, I think that the effects give me an edge while playing a game of Pyramid Between that and the Ambrosa, losing about 100 cubits on one hand doesn't seem so bad...

oh help! here it is a few days before Xmas and I have so much to do. Still have to wrap Kev's prezzies and hide them so he doesn't see em. Have three pies to make and the house to clean and his dinner to cook. On another note I am hoping that my Xmas turns out the way I would love it to. I told him that I wanted my engagement ring for Xmas. I am think Fat Chance of that happening. I got disappointed by him on my bday so I am setting myself up again for a major letdown. The past two months have been pretty hard for me as last month I had to attend my last living grandmother's funeral. I am still adjusting to her being gone. My thanksgiving wasn't all that great with knowing she is gone and yesterday was a case of the blues while shopping because I was thinking of her again.

Oh, that's sad. Have a fantastic X-mas, regardless of what anyone does or does not do for you. You make yourself happy! When you rely on other people to dictate and have that much input in wether or not you will be happy, you will always be let down.....think about that statement.

And if he does not get the point....he never will. You deserve getting what you want out of life. Get it. Or when you are on your last breath, will you be one of the people saying "I wish I would have, I wish I could have, I could've done that, I could've written that book that i always thought of, I should have..." you fill in the rest. Or will you say, "I did that and that and oh, yes..that too. Thank-You and good night!" It's up to you to make you happy. And people do not realize that they do not have to check in with someone else just to find out if it's okay to be happy. Any man would have you and treat you the way you want to be treated! That is the truth!

Hi Bsg1Fan! Long time no see!!! Hope your Christmas turns out wonderful for you!

Hey! I know how you can drop subtle hints about the ring - just leave a gazillion copies of Lord of the Rings around with "Ring" prominently circled!

Then put a big sign on the fridge that says, "My PRECIOUS!!!"
