Clean comedy
Anybody miss the days where the restrictions placed on entertainment actually forced writers to be CLEVER?
Granted, very little offends me, but with the loosening of restrictions on TV in recent years, shows have gotten less funny over time.
Sexual or gross humor can be very funny if done cleverly. It's just that most of the time it isn't (witness the cancelling of "Coupling").
Like I said, I am no prude, but I really long for the days when writers had to think about their gags instead of immediately going for the low-brow.
