Mike Eisner got a 43% no confidence vote from shareholders and was stripped of his role as Chairman of Disney's board after Disney's annual shareholder meeting in Philly. He remains CEO for now.

Stay tuned. Comcast is still interested and smelling ripe fruit.

He's still CEO right?

I think he may lose that too. People are really unhappy with him.

As far I know Eisner still is CEO.
