The real reason why I'm missing
It's been my life long dream of mine to develop a video game and one that every one would thoroughly enjoy. I kept it a secrete for the last year but with recent developments I feel that I need keep it a secrete no longer.
The good news is that the video game is done. The bad news is that I didn't do enough research before I did the game and now my life long dream is shattered because it turns out that they don't make games for the Atari 2600 anymore.
And the nerve of those people to tell me that they don't even make the Atari 2600 anymore it's self. Next thing you know they will be telling me that the A-team has been canceled.
Oh well, I guess I could spend another year on a game for Intelevision.
It's too bad to because you all would have liked my Atari 2600 game, the stick men really rocked and the one line graphics would have rivaled the Intelevision big time. :jestor:
It's a tough market out there. he he he he

I loved the Atari. A friend of my sister's had one before it was assigned a number, and lent it to us.
I was superb on Pac-Man, and I loved ...um...ok, my brain fails me at the moment, but it was the adventure one where a little man swang from vines and hopped on aligators and stuff. I didn't get to play that one very often, so it's no wonder I can't remember it's name, or even what the quest was.

I also loved Atari, I ruled on space invaders. My son has all the new stuff so many controllers and buttons. It's hard to figure out. By the time I do, something new comes out and confuses me even more! Give me a stick and one round red button,
I can handle that.

Flamingo Girl that was Pit Fall, I remember because I wasn't good at it and my younger brother was. He never would lend me help on it

Pit Fall! Yes, that was it!
My mom liked the shooting gallery, but the game cheated.

I'm going to be selling mine on ebay as soon as I get my butt in gear and list it. Got about 40 games with it if anyone is interested. My favorite game was Star Raiders, the enemy ships looked a little like cylons.
