Default Toys all painted up!

Hey all...

Seeing the work that Apolloisall has been doing with the Vipers, I got the urge to do some physical models again. So I started taking some toys that I saved over the years that I thought would look good painted up a bit and decided to do just that. So here's the work in progress on the Starfighter, Draconian Maurader and Snowspeeder. I still need the decals, so if anyone out there has hires images of the ship markings that would be greatly appreciated!

Some of the pictures are not the best, so please excuse.

And here are a couple from the past. A Millenium Falcon and a kit bashed fighter. These are a good 15+ years old. You may notice that it is a post Return of the Jedi version of the Falcon.

Dave,

Nice weathering on those. Don't know what that last fighter is but its an interesting design.

All my best,

Russell

That last one was a kit-bash. Front is an A-Wing fighter, and the last is a toy, but I can't remember the brand. I think they had air pumped missiles that shot out of them.

that is so cool. looks Great !

Always thought that the design was a good one.

I admit it, I watched Buck Rogers also.........

Maybe it will one day become a film or show again,,, before the 25th century.

So much to learn , so little time, and so many ideas with so little knowledge and so much to discover with so many things to try.

Oh yeah... those suckers are long gone, lost in a box I'm sure on various moves. And I lost the original guns on the front of the Star Fighter, so I improvised with the guns from the Marauder model kit.

Have to find some decent images of the decals for the Buck ships to finish those things up.

Big Buck Rogers fan and a fan of that show as much as I was of BSG. Loved the work on the models.

Have you been following the new Buck Rogers comic book series? In that they are in a museum and Buck says "There is a plane with two cones on the front that I would love to try out." That was a nice nod to the TV show.
