Default Music of bygone decades.....

A trip down memory lane begins with the first step....

I've been hearing this song on the radio the last few days and, Lord, does it bring back memories.

What else can I dust off from the vaults?

On the ride home and right after hearing the above, this came on the radio I was in a little corner of heaven.

Congratulations to RUSH on their induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

In honor of that, here's a listen to one of my favorites:

Rush the trees is one of my favorite songs. My friend did a paper for English class in high school based on that song. The heads in the class knew where it came from but the teacher didn't. Thin he got an A for it

Heard Ray Stevens's "The Streak" on my morning news yesterday that I hadn't heard in a few years. How it came about is that the weatherman was talking about how in the 70s it was popular to go "Streaking". I laughed so hard I fell off my recliner when I realized that I have a cd with that song on it.
