All the main ones are cool. But on a personal level, I dig the Sontarans. They're like the Klingons of the Who universe... er, or maybe I should say the Borellian Nomen of the Who universe.

Here are my personal faves in no particular order:
Daleks/Davros (Ex-Ter-Min-ATE!)
The Master (Delgado ruled!)
Sutekh (Creepy and Evil!)
Sontarans (Meanies)
Omega

I actually prefer it when they don't fallback to the same old villians. That said, I become a complete fanboy when the Daleks appear.

They have that effect on people!!
I've had a love hate relationship with Daleks since the original screening in the UK several decades ago...last century...omigosh I'm old!!

Lara

OK, Daleks made their debut on UK TV just before Xmas in 1963, its Ep 6 of Season 2 that has the same birthday as I do (The Space Museum, a William Hartnell Ep) and John Pertwee was the one I first remember watching..but Dad always watched it from the start and we've always watched even after we came to Australia (and then all the reruns)
I wish my collection of Doctor Who toys had made the trip.. the wind up Dalek was fab. I'll have to ask my parents if there are any pictures of it..
Cheers,
Lara

I really can't give any opinions yet because about a month ago, I was loaned all of the Doctor who episodes with the reconstructed ones replacing the missing ones. I started right from episode 1 of the first Doctor and am now on the first half of the third doctor. When I get to Tom Baker, its going to take a while with 7 seasons.
So far? I seem to understand things a whole lot more by starting from scratch.
