I can certainly see the helmet being a problem. As I will be driving, it could be stored in my vehicle when you tire of carrying (or wearing) it. As for the pistols, ya gotta bring em. It's like a Treker dressing as a Vulcan and not wearing the ears. It's just not right! Gotta have the gats. Pleeeeze?

I don't know if they will. Have they done so in the past? It seems like a damned good idea to do so.

Apparently i've heard that Richard Donner's Superman 2 footage might be playing at ComicCon this year! So if anyone is going check out this info

http://www.supermancinema.co.uk/dail...ws/index.shtml

http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci06_prog_fri.php

(go here and scroll a quarter of the way down)

1:00-2:00 Warner Home Video's Superman Through The Ages— Featuring special guests from the film and television incarnations of Superman, including a special reunion with surprise guests and extended exclusive footage for Superman II—The Richard Donner Cut.* Q&A with Marc McClure, Jack O'Halloran, Tom Mankiewicz (creative consultant), Michael Thau (editor in charge of the SII reconstruction), and more. Also in attendance super-secret special guests from the Adventures of Superman, Lois and Clark, Smallville, Superman The Animated Series, and Superman Returns! Room 20

*

And i'd kill to go to the show now.

Perhaps next year, give myself some time to build up a decent portfolio of artwork to show some guest artists at ComicCon one day.

Default Time to set a date and time

Ok guys. Where are we meeting? I think we will all be there by Thursday afternoon.

Don't some of you all have a booth? Maybe we can meet there.

Thanks Peter!

I see that Richard does not have a panel this year. That is a major bummer as it means no Second Coming trailer!

Sweet! My flight gets in at 10am. I will have to race there!

Maybe we should meet at Richard's panel.

I'm game for that. Just a thought, we might want to set up a secondary rally point for those who might arrive later on.
(OR we could just have everybody paged over the public address system... )

When is Richard's panel? I recall seeing it on the list, but don't remember the time and location.

I think that we are going to try to catch an earlier flight so we can be sure to make it. Why don't we attempt to gather at the panel and set a time and place for dinner. We could gather at the con and all go someplace.

Although I like the idea of paging, as long as it is done by avatar name.

I'll second the idea of the panel meeting, KA. Catching an earlier flight might be wise. You could be cutting it a little tight getting to the panel if your flight arrives at 10:00. Paging idea was kind of a joke, but after re-thinking, could be done by saying "Attention All Colonial Fleets Members, please report to ....(example: sail pavillion, lost and found, wherever we want to gather) " for all those who are not able to make it to the panel. Suggestions, thoughts?

Ok, meeting at the panel is a total plan. Even if I am late I will get there ASAP so please save me a seat.

I think that no matter what, we do need to page the crew at some point to make ourselves known! Any thoughts on meeting for dinner? I think there may be about 7 of us.

I'll be the one with the colonial warrior styled backpack. Tan and black with a colonial patch on it.

And it'll be full of resin cast goodies at special convention prices!! LOL!!

We got your seat reserved Dy. I'll ask a friend of mine for some ideas on a dinner locale. He is more familiar with eateries downtown as he works down there.

I shall be wearing Levi's, a shirt of some sort (duhh!) and will have a light tan backpack. Inside said backpack will be my model of the Big "G" and my two mini-vipers that I made. I will also have a green Parksabres light sabre with me. (I know! I'm mixing my genres... ) Pretty easy to spot though.

Thanks Steve!

I will likely be in all black as I will not even have time to think of changing. Yeah, I know, I could wear my uniform on the plane, but, umm, whatever.

I'm pretty non-descript and I can't hazard a guess as to what I'll be wearing, but my wife Jennifer will have short, bright red hair. I mean bright red. She just dyed it two days ago and it's pretty vibrant.

-G

See you all at the Richard panel. I don't know about the dinner plans yet. That's up to the wife... its her trip too!

All your "boyz" huh? Just remember to send me that phone number so I can get to the hotel from the airport.

Ok all. This is it! We meet at Richard's panel. I will bring my BSG jacket and will be in all black. Steve has offered to save me a seat (make that 2 please Steve) and I am guessing he will be near the front. We can hang out there for a bit after near the door incase any of you find us late. (I may be a little late myself but I WILL be there!)

If anyone arrives later that day or later in the week, feel free to page me (as Kamikaze Athena) overhead and I will track you down and bring you to the rest of the squad.

Yay! Can't wait to see you all!
