Lightbulb Patrick Macnee confirmed for Galacticon 2003!

Patrick Macnee, known for roles on the original "Battlestar Galactica" including the opening narration, the voice of the Cylon Imperious Leader and the character Count Iblis from the episodes "War of the Gods, Parts I and II", will be attending GALACTICON 2003.

Hey how come Rod Haase who played Colonel Tolan isn't invited yet Michael?

Isn't everyone invited yet. ain't people gonna ask where is the guy who played Tolan? Last time i checked on IMDB.com Rod Haase is still alive?

So, whats really going on?

Tannerman everyone does, thats what Patrick MacNee is known for "The Avengers" also may i add "The New Avengers" during the 1970's also

Cool, hope that you all have a great time at the con when it happens. McNee is just one of those great eccentrics of British TV. Used to love him as Steed in the avengers.

This was the greatest episode next to Living Legend. Macnee should have won an award for the portrayal.

Michael,

For Sagan's sake, get Patrick to do the classic opening episode voice over onto DAT!!! Patrick isn't getting any younger (like the rest of us) and it would be a great opportunity to archive his words for the future.

Along with John Colicos' appearance in BG:TSC, I feel that the footage and dialogue from these two great actors may be needed for the REAL Galactica project someday.......
