I've never seen Cowboy Beebop....

I have a friend that's always been mad for it - I also remember that Michelle liked it a lot as well..... *sigh* I miss Michelle!

I miss her too!

Regarding bebop- DUDE! Where have you guys been?! LOL

Im just teasing you two.

Bebop is one of those shows that every anime fans sees. Its still airing on Cartoon Network here late at night. I love al the characters. The dialog is well written. The dubs are quite good. And there is a wonderful character arc for all the characters as we learn more about them, and they learn about themselves. I love the ships. The Bebop is alot like Firefly, a cheap little cargo hauler that you grow attached to. And the fighters are dang cool. There is a whole unique world that spawns stories.

It really is a wonderful mix!

Especailly as the Bebop reaches a full crew. That's when it really gets fun!

The only thing I hate about the show is that they don't continue it. And I so want more Bebop. But outside of the movie, I don't see any more being made.

Watching it, it makes you wonder if Joss Whedon ever saw any eps, some bits really reminded me of Firefly!

LOL! That's true! I do see a little bit of Ed in River.

Btw if you like Cowboy Bebop, you may like Outlaw Star. There's some similarites to that. Though Bebop is more adult. And Outlaw is more for younger teens. But still fun. Especially if you see the original version. They took out alot of the main character's rough edges when they aired it on television here. Gene, an Outlaw and Bounty hunter gets swept up in a wild adventure where a hot ship that people would KILL to get just falls into his lap. Now he is out to find an ancient race's treasure before someone gets to it or HIM first!

Bebop rules!
And the music just gives the show such a unique and hip vibe that its impossible to resist.
Man, I gotta go dig out one of the soundtracks...
