Okay, I found it - at the tail end of episode 3 when they first get to the "Ghost Fleet". I got a cap of one of the scenes and labeled every ship type I could recognize (Defender is in the lower left). There are two types I could not. Most of them actually seem to be recycled RTF ships. Here's the clip:
