I'm not directly involved with this but the problem we had was that he was using these forums to find and communicate with artists who make CG models. Kingfish wanted to host alot of models on his site.
But he wouldn't just take no for an answer. And he basically hounded artists using our PM system and email address found here. When I say "hounded" I mean multiple requests which were annoying members to the point where complaints were being sent to 3dg about him.
From what I could gather, Kingfish didn't believe what he was doing was wrong. But his actions goes against 3DG policy which is to protect artists and provided a positive place for them to display their art.
I'm staying out of this one, but I think before he can be allowed back in, he has to express that he won't use 3dg as a place to hunt for meshes again. But like I said.... its not my call. 
That and an apology couldn't hurt. |

I was not aware of what the problem was but I have always had a good relationship with him. As far as meshes, I don't know, Michael has some of mine at Pegasus that are for anybody to use. I have no prob with him having a second chance.
