The two disk special edition has been released. Has anyone purchased it yet? If so what do you thing?

I thought V had some really good moments, more than enough to warrant owning it. I think we all just got spoiled by how fantastic IV was.

I did actually buy it....

I'm still watching the Extras disc a bit at a time. Some of the interviews are pretty interesting - there is one interview with the couple that played the lead Klingon characters (Klaa & Vixis) in the film . It was done just for the new DVD and was fun to watch! There was also a nice tribute to Herman Zimmerman - that guy is a wonderful production designer!

I still need to finish the rest of the Extras, but that will have to wait until tomorrow and then *gulp* the film itself! I won't need to reveiw that one as we all remember how the film goes...

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan,
Star Trek IV: The Undiscovered Country.
