Unless that 'elsewhere' has a crash and suffers dataloss. I like seeing a few repeat models and such spread around here and there, its like an unintentional RAID system.

I'm having trouble as well.
I have more than 5 posts, tried another browser, clearing cookies, logged off then on a bunch of times, even tried another system elsewhere.
can't see the models.

It's not instant. The FORUMS (not the Downloads) does a "task" of doing the usergroup promotions once an hour. So it may take an hour before you're promoted to that access level.
