Default Atlas Battlestar and Armored Battlestar

Hi Guys , i just finished up two new models. the Atlas battlestar and the Armored Battlestar. the Atlas is a bit larger than the Peg and carries 42 large turrents. it has 4 landing bays stair steped side by side , two per side.
the armored battlestar is what the BSG would look like with all of her armor.
you will have to scroll down to the 9th pic to the atlas.
what do you think.

I gotta say, your minis are quite impressive! So much so I wish they were commerically available... Especially the origional Galactica (which does not seem to be in your catalog...)

Do you have any plans to do fighters, also? Or are you keeping things in scale?

Hey thanks for the kind words , I've had a blast woring on them. I'm alsoworking on the Valkyrie and fleet scale fighters. the TOS battlestar and Basestar are still avalible , I just don't adverstist it. if your interseted , just email me at ravenstarstudios@charter.net and send me a list of what you and I'll send you all the info you need. I'm trying to learn Lightwave and a few other programs at teh moment , so hopefully I can make some nice images for the Atlas to post soon that has more detail , that a 4 inch model can't.

How big is the Galactica inch-wise? There's a new StarWars miniatures game that's come out, and I've pondered subbing the Galactica in or making new rules for her myself...

Also, I want to ask how did you do your models? What medium and tools do you use to accomplish this?

sorry tried emailing you , but sent it to the wrong address. no pms here so I'll just post it .
a lot of answers you can read here plus tons of info on other BSG stuff.
but quickly the the minis run between 4 inchs ( largest) to .5 inchs
(smallest) . the Atlas is 4 inchs , the Armored Battlestar is 3.5 incs .
the Valkyrie will be 3 inchs ,,ect. the TOS battlestar are 4 inchs ,.
the masters are made from styrene , putty and such by had. some of the TOS
models are kit bashed form parts.
hope that helps.
