Default Volume 3 CD Release Date-September 4

Bookmark the Intrada website since Volume 3, which should include all the music for "Lost Warrior", "Long Patrol", "Magnificent Warriors" and "Young Lords" will be released September 4. Heads-up given today by Roger Fiegelson of Intrada at their site and at Film Score Monthly.

Intrada is no longer doing fixed number pressings like with Volume 2, but instead presses relative to demand so there won't be a danger of a quick sellout like last time but I do advise all who want this to be ready to order on release day!

Thanks Eric.

It seems to have been a long wait for this.

And it is up and ready for order! And the nice surprise is that this two-CD set has EVERY single part episode score for the series all the way to "Hand Of God" plus the score for "Return Of Starbuck" as well. That means "Living Legend" and "War Of The Gods" will come in Volume 4 shortly.

I just placed my order for Volume 3. I'm glad to hear that it's not a limited pressing this time. They would sell so many more if people were allowed a chance to get one.

Locked and loaded!!

Funny, I've been watching the Intrada messages that have come my way, but this must be a really recent development. Looks like this one has a lot material on it too.

So... no Galactica 1980 edition.

My, that didn't take long...

Ijust ordered Volume 3 on the evening of the 4th and when I got home today, it was waiting for me when I got home. I haven't really had time to read the booklet or listen to it yet. After dinner, I'll look it over.

My copy arrived today and I've only had time to read the booklet, but I could hear Stu Phillips' fantastic music every time it referenced a particular scene and piece. This is going to be a real treat...

Stu Phillips' Stu Who? website says "Volume 3 and 4 coming soon." Volume 4 can't come too soon for me!

Shoot Stu off an e-mail and let him know how much you appreciate his work! I'm sure he loves to hear from fans.

Stu replied to my e-mail--he is SUCH a major nice guy--and confirmed "There will be a volume 4. It's in the final stages as I write."

Wow, wonder what could be in the volume 4 (unless that is all Galactica 1980 stuff).

Anyway, my copy has arrived today, which was really cool. I put it next to volume 1 and 2 for a Squee moment... if Colonial Warriors can have squee moments.

The final volume will be "Living Legend" and "War Of The Gods". Intrada has already said that "Return Of Starbuck" was the only G80 episode they were going to do.
