Connection problems anyone?

I'm trying to track down an odd connection error we've been having. Certain ISPs can't connect to our server. The problem has been recent over the last few weeks.

It also doesn't have anything to do with the images missing on our home page. That's another problem. (a server went down)

If you are having problems connecting from a computer or know of someone who can't access, could you contact me in this thread or by PM? I need to know what kind of error you get when you try to connect and what ISP you were using when you got the error. And if its still a problem.

I'm sorry for any problems, and I'll do my best to fix them!

I am using AOL. The error message is 500 Unknown Host.

I use PeoplePC, and when I can't get here, it doesn't have a number. Just the standard "server down, DNS problem" one.

okay.... I talked to our tech guys who are talking to THEIR tech guys. This is being worked on.
