Default Let me be the first to proclaim VICTORY!!!

... if indeed I get information that supports that claim. Unfortunately, I haven't. However, I am seeing a lot of activity that hints that much of what Michael has already said has validity. This is my opinion but it is an opinion I believe to be based on several facts.

I don't believe that Ron Moore would come to the Sci-Fi Board unless he desperately needed something. He either needed to show some support from the Retros, which he didn't get, or he wanted to get the Retros to mouth off so he could say "I did my best to reach out to them and look what happenned!", which he did get.

I don't think the Neos lashing out is a coincidence either. PM me if you want more regarding the Neos. If I know you, I'll answer.

The poll at http://pub99.ezboard.com/bthecylonalliance continues to progress, slower than I'd like to be honest. Some of the responses are attempts to stuff the ballot so the figures are a bit off but the percentages are pretty close to the real numbers. Those using multiple handles and faked IPs are now avoiding the poll. (Its good to have a background where you can track this sort of stuff).

Some things are certain: CG work continues. A film crew is in Canada. Ron Moore and David Eick are assuring everyone that things are fine. The Neos have dropped their desire to make friends.

- and, I haven't seen anything that has made me believe this really is lost. It may be, but I haven't seen the proof myself, despite the Neo's claims of facing reality. Of course, I believed that George Lucas could do a good Star Wars prequel and that The Sum of All Fears was going to be a good sequel.

Default Been Posting at the Yahoo Club

"So far only about 100 responed to the poll. Eighteen for Moore's Re-
imagined Bonniestar 90210 and 65 for a Continuation with some of the
original actors. This data will get to the production and studio
executives, there are 275 members here alone.

No matter what you want in the next Battlestar Galactica...please
make your vote be heard."

Two-Brain, how many respondents do we need for the data to be taken seriously?

Sept 17th:
not one brain:
One mind, one heart, one band of brother and (ahem) sister warriors still holding their battle line.

Default Should be at least 500

Sep17th,

Ideally 500 unique folks and there has been some attempts at ballot stuffing. Since 16000 have signed the petition, getting 1000 shouldn't be difficult if word gets out to the Farscape and other boards as well.

I'll let the rest of our Battlestar Callisto folks know tomorrow. Core Command was informed today and was encouraged to vote.

I just voted and holy frack, how can Moore ignore those numbers? 90% of all those voting want the original series+original actors.

He's gotta be a complete idiot to proceed with filming!

I still want my viper patrol time, LSF! We gotta find Earth, and lose those gollmongering Cyclones, I mean Cylons, you know? And the teenboppers are just cadets in training. Though Starbuck and Boomer aren't going to let them off the sims for quite some time!
