Here's a scale test that I did.....no compositing, chroma-keying, or anything like that.
I blew the Galactica up to where it took up the entire grid in iClone, then I scaled a Viper to it, via the launch tubes, and then I scaled the lovely Athena (had to shrink her down to about 12 percent her standard avatar size) to the Viper. So, in these two shots, you can kinda get a sense for just how big a Colonial battlestar, especially one named Galactica, really is. Enjoy.
(NOTE: An oxygen/gravity envelope was provided for Athena in the second video....that's why she's thriving in open space.
