Thanks for all the hugs on various threads shiningstar, I didn't realise how I was sounding but I guess I am sounding a little down hun? I'm starting to feel nervous about thursday that's when I get my new clinical instructor and when I start working with critically ill patients. The new instructor is intimidating she's failed 50 % of her students in clinical this year alone ACK!

Thanks braxis but I don't "put up" with you guys I look forward to you guys, I haven't laughed and smiled so much in at least 2 years.
The pressure is on because I've devoted thousands of dollars and 2 years of my life (courses are non transferable) to this (and I'm not a kid anymore) and if I fail this clinical I'm out of the entire program for good (those are the rules) and I tend to be my own worst enemy when I'm stressed. So will be bugging you guys a lot over the next 6 weeks, hope you can "put up" with me
If I start sounding really out there it's either the wine or too much stress, just giving you a heads up

we'll be here to lend you a shoulder when you need it. That was one thing I hated about being a housekeeper in a nursing home when I was in high school. I got to know so many of the residents and I cried every time I went home from work if we lost a resident that I had become friends with.
Galen, don't worry. I am stressing over my wedding. Just taking it a step at a time to get things done. It don't help when my older sister tries to tell me that she wants all my bridesmaids and maid of honor to have bouquets instead of a coursage which is in the budget I have set for floral expenses. Good thing that I am using silk flowers, that brings down the cost. My mom, myself and my mom's friend who is like an aunt to me is helping with the decorations.

You need to remember hon it's your wedding ........NOT HERS. Your sister
needs to respect YOUR WISHES. I think it's great that you, your mom and your
mom's friend aka your 'adoptive' aunt is helping with the decorations.

Good For you Bsg1fan. I'm glad you're standing up for yourself. Especially
since YOU are the one budgeting the wedding. Alot of people would just
go all out and not worry about the COSTS until the Bill came due. I give you
alot of credit for planning ahead.

well its the result of the fact that my parents can't afford to throw a big shindig and my fiance and I are just not able to afford it either! Plus I got invited to the reception for my sister's friends wedding and it stunk royally! I always had a plan for what my wedding would be like and its turning out just the way I like it!

I do know what it's like to be at a reception that STINKS. I was at one where
I didn't even get a meal because the bride's mother invited over 250 guests
for a wedding that was budgeted at 60 guests .......................
GO FIGURE.............. I really felt bad for the bride ...........she was appalled
because she went out of her way to keep the wedding within budget.
My wedding it cost $4,000 tops. And that was INSPITE of
people who tried to sabatoge it at every turn. I thank God that I
and my fiance paid for it ourselves and were able to keep the haters
at bay.

well we are sticking tight to the budget! Might not even take a week for a honeymoon. Probably will end up taking three days and going to Gettysburg because of funds and his job!

I know people who went camping for their honeymoon .............of course their
'second' honeymoon was in the bahamas .......don't know how much
'camping' they did there. My hubby and I went to Maui with the money we
saved from the wedding.
I'm certian you'll have a terrific time on your honeymoon

That is bad! I remember alot of nights when I had to sleep siting up in the recliner, due to that stupid gall bladder of mine.
I'm sorry Shiningstar that you're going through this, hopefully you'll be good as new soon!

Well it's better then the nightmare I had last night.
I dreamt my mother decided to move in with me and
made my husband move out. ...........About at the
end of the dream I was in this strange jacket and
my arms were wrapped around me ...............as
I tried to get out of this padded room
I'll take the bronchitis over THAT any day
