Default series with no endings

How many TV series (in all the genres, but scifi especially) premiered, had an interesting middle, but then never ended? Other than you-know-what, this is what I came up with:
1. Lost in Space
2. V (it sort of did, but it wasn't much)
3. Quantum Leap had a final episode, but I HATED it!
4. Tru Calling
5. Wonderfalls
(I seem fated to get involved with the scifi series that get cancelled quickly. The ones that do run for a long time have not, for the most part, interested me, which I realize is ironic.)
On the other hand, not having an ending does make it easier for the fans to write fan fiction.

Mary -

I have two more - both are Irwin Allen series....

Land of the Giants

and

Time Tunnel

Both ended without a conclusion or rescue (just like Lost in Space)

Best,
Bryan

Thanks for reminding me.... You would think as big of a fan of Space:1999 as I am, I would have thought of that!

#1-The Incredible Hulk. Never even moved the storyline forward adequately by having Jack McGee at least figure out that David Banner was alive and was the Hulk, let alone give us resolution on the matter of the Hulk being blamed for what was really the accidental death (though caused indirectly by Jack McGee's meddling) of Banner's colleague in the pilot episode.

#2-Planet Of The Apes (Not long on the air granted, but it remains in that category nonetheless)

#3-Moonlighting. The last two seasons were horrible and worthless, and they couldn't even come up with a decent last episode that would have made the fans mad over the badness of the last two years at least go away happy (okay they did have a last episode but the gimmick they pulled was unfunny in the extreme and only further deepened the bad taste in the mouth)
