LOL! A lot of the cuss me & other cust service reps out for something that wasn't our fault. Many of them if they would just pay their bills they would have any trouble with their cable.

tee hee! Trust me that is one thing that I look at when looking for another job. Along with being able to get insurance benifits, which I don't have through my current job right now.
