Default The Neos are asking questions

I don't interpret it as bashing from them. Anyways, we spend enough time bashing their script. If had to keep a score on bashing, we have been doing more of it than them and that is just being honest.

Bashing there script?

Sorry Tom, don't mean to hijack *your* thread but bashing there script?

There is *no* script worthy of Galactica's namesake so far. That's why the so called bashing continues. It's like beating a dead horse isn't it? Something we Galactica fans have been doing for some 25 years. Why, lord tell me why would we waste our time for 25 years to have someone butcher what we remember?

Yeesh!

Enough already. If the series was so god awful bad why are some of you even championing it's return? Why would you waste your time trying to bring back something in your own minds never was worthy of your viewing pleasure anyways? Battlestar sucked but i still liked it. Let's give Starbuck different genitalia and pull it's pants down.

We think the script sucks but they think its better than the original. If we are entitled to say that RDM Galactica sucks, then why is it bashing when they point out flaws. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Even-handedness would show the new fans that we are not unreasonable and besides most of them are championing prequel instead of remake. Although today they have changed the tone to backstory but whatever they are saying, it preserves our show. Their self-appointed leader Milton is no longer calling for a remake. Is it better to make peace with them and to have them understand why we love Galactica, or is it better to war with them and force them out of the fandom. The latter is a poor option since they have proven on the Sci Fi Boards that they will not go away. Bridging peace may preserve the original instead of overwriting it.

LOL

I thought it was a good joke

But it's so true! Who knew that Spock and McCoy weren't talking about genesis but rather the future of Galactica!!!!

funny but pointless. Gambling our continuity in the hopes that a remake fails may not go our way. Filming has not started and the "Trekkie filth" as you call them will not retreat. They have taken their share of abuse especially their leader Milton but they are still there. Trekkies are numberous and if we can convince them that our continuity is worth saving, they can spawn many letters for a prequel or sidestory. The ball is in our court how we want to deal with them. Frankly, they would be better off on the Sci Fi Board led by Havoc315 but he has been absent here as of late.

Xanatos- just a little hint- you don't come across well when you're brand new to a community and post abusive remarks right from the word go IN ALL CAPS. That means yelling, you know. We can all hear, it isn't nessecary.
