Where is the OFFICIAL announcement?

Or any official information saying that the mini is signed to series?

The only place there is even a hint of the word series is Moore's listing, and the link to the show says nothing about current prodiction or preproduction status.

The point I'm getting at is until I see (pre-production) in red letters associated with the mini, then it hasn't been signed to series, and all the rumors are just that, rumors.
