took off down the hall, Cassie looked shocked, Apollo just shook his head thinking how did Starbuck get himself into theses things to begin with! Apollo decided to chase after his sister to make sure she was ok; he gave Starbuck a frown as he passed him, Starbuck gave an apologetic but helpless little look back then with a grin returned to give Cassie his undivided attention. Clasping her hand and placing it in the crook of his arm he led her back into his quarters.....

where she stopped at the door. "Starbuck, what were you thinking? I had no idea that you would hurt Athena like that? What have you got to say for yourself?"

looked at Cassie and said I told her that you were the only one I wanted it's not my fault if she is having trouble accepting it...Cassie your the only woman for me! reaching for her hand and pressing it to his lips looking longingly into her eyes he deftly guided her back into his quarters.

Cassi not buying his words, slapped him and looked at him. "You gotta grow up some day Starbuck and quite running around with all of the other women. That was fine in the past but now you have to make the choice and stick with it. Don't let your heart be the deciding factor but your head."

Slapped back into reality, Starbuck gently nuzzles Cassie's neck and says, "Is that cheese I smell?"

Cassie swooning under Starbuck's attention, decides to ignore what he just said and cuddles a little closer to him...Starbuck seizing upon this moment of weakness of hers...

as the beavers intterupt with the banging of drums and blowing of trumpets as they set up a circus in the corridor. Adama sees Starbuck and ....

and Cassie and realizes that the beavers are disturbing them, he shuts their door to give them privacy and herds the beavers out of the corridor and to another location....meanwhile back in Starbuck's quarters Cassie is...

shocked to find more and more beavers coming in to her quarters.
They are crying about the 'rude' treatment that Starbuck gave them

they hear Bsg laugh as she locks the door and has the beavers going through the ventillation shafts to get in the room. Bsg walks away from the room after sealing the air shaft as the last beaver gets in. She starts humming and walks down the hall as Greenbean approaches her....

Green bean is in the mood for romance and is delighted when his eyes alight on bsg! he saunters up to her and smiles warmly at her, bsg he says would you do me the honour of escorting me to the dining hall this evening? I would love to have your company while I grab something to eat, care to join me? bsg...

smiles and nods. "I'd be honored. First of all, I had to make sure that Starbuck and Cassi are kept busy while I change so I gave the beavers the job of doing that. Wait outside my room and I will be ready in a flash." Bsg gives Greenbean a kiss which....

delighted him enormously and made him blush a little...Greenbean waited patiently and excitedly for bsg's return...

Bsg grabbed a nice outfit and threw it on. She came out of the other room and smiled. Greenbean .....

Em lands her viper in the docking after a lengthy patrol and all is quiet....to quiet. Realizing that it is a holiday weekend she powers down and climbs out of her viper. She listens to the echo of her every move and the loudness of her boots as she walks. She decides to go to the galley and make herself a nice cup of Earl Grey and relax before turning in. As she walks down the corridor.......................

she bumps into Rowan who is delighted to see her and runs up and gives her a big hug! "where are you off to?" Rowan askes.

Em hugged Rowan.....That last patrol really took it out of me...come join me for a cup of tea. As they turn the corner and open the door they see..................

[Dawg]

Dawg, two bottles of ambrosa in his hands and another tucked under his arm, looking around dejectedly - until he sees Em and Rowan. "I got paid!" Dawg says, a big grin lighting up his face. "Let's celebrate!" Unfortunately, as Dawg's announcement echoes through the empty corridor....

[Muffit]

... just around the bend, Harry Beaver is trying to fill in for his sister Gnawty, who has been promoted to medtech orderly. He appears to be arguing heatedly with a patient.


Patient: "What the frack is THIS??? Blue tea?"

Harry: "You said Earl Azure - or something like that. So I dumped some blue koolaid in it"

Patient "Earl azure???"

Harry: "Wait just a tick! Here's another in case you said 'Earl Taupe' "

Patient:

Harry: "and here's another in case you said 'Earl Vermillion' "

*The patient pulls his hair in disbelief*

Patient: What the frack are you doing now????!#$@%^!"

Harry: "Err,... *zip* I'm making it yellow in case you said..."

*The patient climbs into the garbage chute and ejects himself into space. The room still echoes with the words...*

"BEAVERS BIIIIIIITE!!!!!!!!!!.........."

Amberstar came into the corridor to see what all the shouting about when suddenly she sees beavers trying to steal Dawg's ambrosa!!!!!!!!!!

What battle this is going to be

Bsg comes walking by with Greenbean and grabs the ambrosa and hands it back to Dawg. She looks at the beavers. "Shame on you. That isn't yours. How many times must I tell yopu its wrong to steal?"

[Muffit]

The beavers hang their heads down, all except Gnawty who says defiantly,

"What d'ya mean? My favorite superhero /brags/ about being a thief! You know...! The Man of Steal!!!"

Somewhere out in space, a loud "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrgghhhhhhh" is heard...

Bsg calls security and tells them to report this incident to Colonel Tigh as she walks away with Greenbean. They head to the Rising Star for a night of fun and relaxation. Bsg starts laughing at the image in her mind of Colonel Tigh dealing with the beavers. she tells Greenbean about the image and he...

[Senmut]

informs Tigh of where his secret cookbook stash is stashed, along with spices, herbs, and beaver-suitable dcookware. Tigh, glowering at the beavers and rubbing his hands together, calls Wilker's Cylons, and has every beaver they can find rounded up, and brought to his quarters. Heat from the engines is bled off to feed the stove, and the Galactica's exec turnes to the nearest beaver, and says:

run for your life or be eaten! the door is firmly locked against intrusion so the beavers know it is futile!! they begin begging pitiously but Tigh will have none of it!


Meanwhile Dawg, Em and Rowan are all enjoying the ambrosia and sharing some laughs, and celebrating Dawgs announcement.


bsg and Greenbean have wandered off to have some alone time...


and Muffit?

The screams of the beavers reach bsg as she and Greenbean board the shuttle. She looks at him with a grin. "I hope this little incident puts the beavers on their best behavior from now on."

[Muffit]

Muffit has been sitting on the turbo flush for several hours - till finally realizing it does not have a colon - *flushes anyway*...
