Yep, regular and Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper. I'd love to see 7up/Dr. Pepper's bottling company (now Cadbury Schweppes) market share increase on this one product alone. They can't keep it stocked on the store shelves.
You know, ahem, Dr. Pepper was invented in Waco, Texas (brag, brag)

Great Gingerbread recipie, Breea, Thanks..
I'm quite the collector of 'old' recipies, as I find them as tasty as they are interesting.
Dinner tonight is roast: lamb, potatoes, carrots with peas, mint sauce and gravy
Cheers,
Lara

This is one I use to fix for Easter...My mom loved it.
Choclate Banana Dream Pie
1 shortbread pie crust
1 cup milk
1-3oz. package chocolate instant pudding
1 pint soften chocolate ice cream
2 bananas sliced
whipped cream
sheved chocolate
extra banana slices
Take the pie crust and layer the banans in the bottom. Next mix the milk and pudding together with a mixer set at medium speed until well blended. Beat in the ice cream. Pour mixture on top of bananas. Chill until set..about 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate and extra banana slices.
Note: if this is to much cholocate you can use either vanillia ice cream and use banana pudding in place of the chocolate pudding.

Well, it's the Easter season. Some family traditions include making peen (Easter Bread) and sausage pies for friends and family. Easter Bread is a heavy, sweet bread that's iced and covered with jimmies, or candy sprinkes, if you prefer. It's made in the shapes 'twisted' loaves and baked in round pans in the shape of a nest with eggs. Sausage pies are sausage, pepperoni, brick cheese, and eggs baked in a pie crust. Easter Bread obviously comes around only once a year; sausage pie gets made for Easter and Christmas.
Anyone else have any culinary traditions to share?
Regards,
G A
