Woke Up By Sudden Storm;

Hit hard at atound 2:30 Am. Watched TV to keep eye on weather. Rain was torrential. Wind vigorous. Fireflies blown up against window. Kept doing the glowing-blinking routine. Those who are more aesthetically inclined might see a connection to the thousand points of light metaphor.
But at 4 in the morning, half-out of it, watching a Conan O'Brien rerun, seeing some of the thousand points of light all of a sudden start crawling from one side of the star-screen to the other gives a quick jolt to someone's perception of reality...

It was waaaay too early in the morning for such a sight. Hope tonight's more peaceful and restful.
