Shiningstar- at the moment it's in production. Two ways to see what it's about now are to go to www.greatwarofmagellan.com , or to go to a convention where Richard is playing the trailer (like the upcoming Chicago con).

Just a thought, the GWoM BB is on Skiffy's system, shouldn't we bring it over here?
Or get together and build a site like Fleets, where Richards project can be properly discused.
Besides on skiffy, the last post was in 2002, and the link has a disclaimer, bad advertising.
At least bring it here and lets put some energy into it, generate some exposure.

That's a good Idea but you could also go to Battlestar Galactica.com
which is Richard's official BSG site I think ........

You need some comments from Darrell here, as he is the webmaster for all three of Richard's sites.

I for one would have no problem with the concept of a continuation movie. My problem is that I don't trust the guy with the rights--Larson. IMHO, BG was the only good thing he ever turned out. Now there's talk of walking Vipers? I have 3 words for that concept--Harmony Gold and Battletech. (For those who don't know, Harmony Gold holds the rights to the Robotech universe--with walking "transormable" fighters. FASA, who developed the Battletech universe, used the walking "transformable" figher concept, too. Harmony Gold sued FASA over the use of the concept and designs and won. If Larson tried to use the concept and Harmony Gold objected and sued, Larson's gonna lose.)
I also think that everyone is being too hard on Moore and not hard enough on Hammer. Yes, the mini that was aired was Moore's idea, but Hammer approved it. Without Hammer's approval, Moore & Company's ideas would have never amounted to more than ink on paper.

Glad you noticed that, SS. That title was bestowed upon me by Darrell, the Lone Wolf, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
BTW, the viper is Uadjet [oo-ahd-jet]. She was the Cobra Goddess, Protector of Lower Egypt. I think she needs to be bigger but I don't know how to do it, so she and I muddle along.

I think it's beautiful! Remember if it was too big you couldn't do a avatar
with it unless you saved it as a JPG. and then it'd be about the same size
anyway.

SS, when I got her we had to have avatars the size she is now. Then we were allowed to enlarge them somewhat. I'm stuck in the past but will catch up someday! :-)

This is probably true, Universal is likely to put a clause in ANY Battlestar 'lite' actors contract precluding any 'mini' actors from helping MGM on another Battlestar related production.
Plus Larson might have burned a new orafice on Eick/Bonnie/Scifi, with his Christopher Eric James WGA ploy. The 'mini' cost 'em a few larger numbers on Glen's check/checks.
That, Created by ...............notice all the Glen A. Larson's he got a lot of his name besides the obvious one just listed? Eick was pissed as Larson has done this before, to ABC on BG: 80.
Anyone notice the three Glen A. Larson TV shows headed for the silver screen? He is only behind Marvel Comics. Not to forget the Irwin Allen Estate's legal sh*t hit that infamous fan, notice not a one Irwin Allen show is in play? I was looking forward to a new Time Tunnel, oh well.........

But it is an avatar, isn't it? Remember when I first sent it - it had a white box around it and you removed it. I don't want it in a white box, or any other color. Just like it is, but as big as is allowed.
I think I can send an attachment to you. Don't be holding your breath though.

Does this mean no Time Tunnel movies etc? I love the Time Tunnel. I used to watch it when I lived inLondon England. That was in 1991. Was the problem with the estate happening then?

I was dissappointed not to see a new Time Tunnel too. I thought that
series was very well made, and the actors fantastic.

I'm sure I don't have that, SS. I'm not too bright with computers anyway. Well, not yet.
Thanks anyway......ojai22
