Depends on what you mean by today. Do you mean today, August 15th 2003? I think the answer is zero as there are no real Cylons as far as I know.

How many Cylons would it take to screw in a light bulb?

It must be hard when you only have one eye and it roams uncontrollably!

Depends on how big the bulb is, and how many Cylons will fit inside.
Actually, they'd probably have to either ask an IL Series, or look it up in the manual.

Good Question! I don't even think they know how a light bulb works
As to base ships I couldn't even guess. Hatch will just have to wright about that.
