I'll tell you, though, my heart was in my mouth after Fitzgerald split the defense and went for a TD. He's one heck of a receiver and I've known about him for quite a few years -- he played college ball at Pitt.
In the end, though, Ben, Santonio, and the boys just did what had to be done. It's funny but, one of our sportscasters remarked that all season long, the defense was getting the glory (deservedly so) and the offense line was catching a lot of flak for allowing the other defense to blow through. Then, in the most important game of the year, the defense gets beat (by a terrific wide receiver) and guess who bails them out, ..... the offense.
Incredible game.....and I watched the whole thing!!
Blood pressure now returning to normal levels.
