I do remember watching the premier of Galicatica 1980 when they simiulated an attack on Los Angeles by Cylon Fighters. I immediately realized they had taken footage from the early 70's disaster flick "Earthquake" and had imposed fighters over the top of the film. So instead of buildings falling due to earthquakes, it was due to Cylon blasts. LOL
