Well, first he'd need to use leftover parts to rebuild Cyrus (Cy) because we all know from "Hand Of God" that it takes two beings to actually pilot a Cylon Raider. Which woud qualify it as one of the most ridiculus and pathetic fighter craft designs ever "built". Right next to the "Twin Pod Cloud Car" from ESB.
Evidently someone found evidence that Starbuck was to be rescued by the Ship Of Lights had the series continued.
