Scripting migration
Colonial Fleets will be moving away from the current Forums scripting, as this version (3.8.11) is no longer supported by vBulletin. Their v4 of the software will also be losing its support in the future.
The cause of these issues is the server Fleets is on no longer uses PHP5.6, which is the PHP version needed. Rather, they upgraded to v7.3, so the scripting must also be upgraded to match that usage.
The forums will remain open as they are for now while I work behind the scenes to migrate the content to another Forum script, called Simple Machines. If all goes well, there should be no content loss. I will also need to update the Gallery and Downloads scripts.
